Overview

The Regional Sales Leader will be responsible for leading the Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC sales team within a defined territory to achieve company objectives in quality new business acquisition and collaborating on new customer on-boarding.

In Short

  • Execute against company sales and product strategies.
  • Attain company sales targets for new customer acquisition and store openings.
  • Analyze data on past performance and future objectives to effectively plan and set goals.
  • Support Market Development Representatives in obtaining quality new business locations.
  • Monitor and ensure accountability for sales-driving activities.
  • Spend time in the field to assess and coach performance improvement.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Hire and train new Market Development Representatives.
  • Overnight travel is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; industry management experience required.
  • Three to five years of sales management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Gmail, and Internet applications.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
