Overview

As a fully remote Senior Counsel – Regulatory, you will join Kraken's Regulatory Legal team to drive regulatory strategy and provide actionable legal guidance in the rapidly-changing crypto landscape.

Requirements

• JD from a top law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
• 7+ years of experience with financial services laws and regulations.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. securities and derivatives regulation.
• Ability to turn complex legal concepts into clear guidance.
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Confidence operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and a bias for action in crypto and traditional markets.
