In Short

  • Provide remote support to geographically diverse nationwide clients.
  • Assist client end users and IT staff with a broad range of technical issues.
  • Escalate issues and interact closely with third-party vendors.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on complex client issues.
  • Contribute to special internal projects for the Support Practice Group.
  • Provide local on-site client support as necessary.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm eastern.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing remote technical support.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and server management.
  • Understanding of virtualization and SAN technologies.
  • Proficient in networking and security issues.
  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
