IT Security Officer - Remote

Overview

The IT Security Officer plays a crucial role in developing information security policies, assessing their implementation within KPMG services, and advising on proper execution and information security.

In Short

• Identify risks in technical implementation of IT systems/infrastructure
• Assess the effectiveness of security measures based on executed controls
• Coordinate projects and actions to introduce new security measures
• Assist employees in translating IT security policies
• Monitor the functioning of security measures
• Provide insight and take action when operational processes fail
• Initiate projects and improvements based on changing risks
• Ensure compliance with security policies
• Work in a hybrid model, combining home and office work
• Receive a home office allowance and travel reimbursement

Requirements

• Proven knowledge and experience in assessing technical IT security measures
• At least 3 years of experience in IT risk management and information security
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in assessing the effectiveness of security measures
• Completed HBO or WO education in a relevant field
