In Short

  • Proactive Business Development Representative focused on growing existing accounts and finding new leads.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Kpler's Maritime/Shipping/Logistics or Energy/Commodities product suite.
  • Map out key contacts and teams at existing customer accounts.
  • Craft and execute communication campaigns to convey Kpler's value.
  • Develop leads in New Logo accounts through cold calling and networking.
  • Qualify business opportunities using the BANT methodology.
  • Meet weekly with the sales team to share progress and plan strategy.
  • Update the CRM Platform (Salesforce) with relevant client information.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative in a B2B SaaS/Tech company.
  • Experience targeting the Maritime/Shipping/Logistics sector.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Confident in communicating over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-disciplined and motivated to over-achieve goals.
  • A team player with a commercial and solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze complex client requirements.
