In Short

• Join Kota’s Customer Platform team as a Technical Project Manager.
• Drive project delivery across backend, web, mobile, and design teams.
• Coordinate releases and triage customer bugs.
• Not a pure scrum-master role, but a hands-on, fast-moving position.
• Ensure clarity and execution across projects without red tape.
• Work on a core product with real impact on users.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
• Improve tools and processes for project management.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or engineering roles required.
• Familiarity with agile delivery in startup environments preferred.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in technical program/project management or engineering roles.
• Deep familiarity with agile delivery in startup or lean team environments.
• Excellent technical literacy and communication skills.
• Strong bias towards action and unblocking.
• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Slack, Figma, and GitHub.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech/benefits products.
