Junior Sustainability Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Junior Sustainability Analyst will support the development and execution of KOSTAL Group's Sustainability strategy by managing sustainability data gathering processes and ensuring compliance with ESG reporting requirements.

In Short

• Manage sustainability-related customer requests and reporting systems.
• Support internal verification and audit of sustainability data.
• Provide training on sustainability data gathering and reporting.
• Assist in global sustainability projects execution.
• Maintain responses in sustainability portals.
• Update external request tracker and database on customer commitments.
• Collaborate with internal partners for data management.
• Support sustainability disclosure processes like CDP and ECOVADIS.
• Develop strong connections within the global internal network.
• Act as a subject matter expert in sustainability.

Requirements

• College or University degree in Environmental studies, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Basic knowledge of ESG principles and reporting standards.
• Experience in sustainability operational management or project management.
• Fluent in English.
