Overview

The IT Service Desk Analyst will respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues while providing support for high-impact problems. This role involves collaboration with team members and requires fluency in English and German.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, ticket, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using internal documentation.
  • Provide support for high-impact user issues.
  • Create and update tickets diligently.
  • Meet KPIs and SLAs in daily activities.
  • Support and train junior analysts.

  • Assist in creating reports for management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Service Desk.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Antivirus software.
  • Experience with ESM toolsets is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and German (B2 level).
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
