Overview

This is an individual contributor role for a Workday HRIS Compensation Analyst, focusing on building, integrating, and maintaining an employee-centric HRIS platform.

In Short

  • Workday Pro Certified in HCM Core (Mandatory).
  • Provide expertise in the implementation of Workday's Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules.
  • Configure compensation eligibility, rules, and plans across 25+ countries.
  • Ensure accuracy of compensation data and approval processes.
  • Support annual and off-cycle compensation processes.
  • Collaborate with HR team to enhance user experience.
  • Define requirements and manage core HR systems.
  • Develop training and user guides for HRIS systems.
  • Assist with compensation reporting and audits.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday.
  • Workday Pro certification in HCM and Advanced Compensation.
  • Experience in Compensation, HCM, and Reporting is a plus.
  • Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
  • Experience managing HR data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Participation in full HR Tech implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Enjoyment of collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills.
