Overview

This role is designed to ensure the Procurement Analytics Centre delivers high-impact results through structured goal-setting, continuous improvement, and data-driven stakeholder engagement.

In Short

• Define and manage procurement analytics goals aligned with global objectives.
• Ensure timely achievement of targets and KPIs with measurable impact.
• Execute day-to-day tasks that influence the Global Procurement Function.
• Apply a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to enhance global procurement processes.
• Influence global stakeholders using factual, data-backed communication.
• Design and develop insights around key KPIs.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret large-scale datasets.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Continuously improve global procurement processes.
• Contribute to global projects and ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• Graduation/Post Graduation/PGDBM.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in global projects and reporting.
• Proven track record in multinational environments.
• Strong technical skills in Power BI, SAP, Python, R, machine learning, and statistics.
• Strong project management and data visualization capabilities.
• Global stakeholder management skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
• Strong communication and self-motivation.
