Contract Specialist in Global Procurement - Remote

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

In Short

• Handle day-to-day processing of contract requests from initiation through execution.
• Support procurement team with contract lifecycle management.
• Process a high volume of standard agreements and maintain contract database.
• Coordinate contract reviews and manage vendor interactions.
• Ensure consistent processing of contract requests while meeting business unit needs.
• Implement standard automation for repetitive tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to process contract requests efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement of contract processes.
• Participate in procurement training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field required.
• 2+ years' experience in procurement-related contract administration.
• Experience using contract management and ERP systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Professional certification in contract management is a plus.
• Working knowledge of commercial contract terms and procurement processes.
