In Short

• Building and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations)
• Retaining and developing the customers portfolio
• Preventing Churn
• Driving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell
• Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets
• Sending commercial proposals
• Reaching monthly targets of retention and sales growth
• Being a team player and work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams

Requirements

• Fluent in French, English and native Spanish to manage complex discussions
• Proven experience in account management
• Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized, proactive and independent
• Strong attention to details, and able to identify and anticipate problems
• Good knowledge of negotiation techniques and ability to deal with decision makers
• Love for digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing
