Credit Risk Manager - Remote

Overview

KOHO is looking for a dynamic Credit Risk Manager to join our growing team. This role will contribute to the overall success of the Risk Team at KOHO ensuring Credit Risk initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the company's overall business strategies and objectives.

In Short

• Develop and produce reports and dashboards detailing key financial and risk metrics.
• Collaborate with predictive modellers to develop and implement credit risk models.
• Actively participate in strategy development for acquisition and account management.
• Unlock insights from complex data for decision-making.
• Monitor the performance of credit strategies and suggest edits.
• Experience with credit card products and consumer lending portfolios.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in programming languages such as SQL and Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and model building.
• Knowledge of credit card regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with real-time decisioning platforms.
• Knowledge in loan loss forecasting and loss provisioning.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Organized multi-tasker with expertise in data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data from monoline lenders or fintechs is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus.
