Kodex is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for our government solutions portfolio, transforming how governments and the private sector collaborate on data access and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with compliance-driven industries.
• Familiarity with CJIS and FedRAMP standards.
• Ability to navigate cross-border regulations.
• Experience with law enforcement or regulatory agencies.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with product simplification skills.
• Clearance eligibility in the U.S. is required.
• Proven ability to leverage strategic partnerships.
• Experience managing complex product portfolios.
