Overview

Kobalt.io is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and nurture inbound leads, contributing to the growth of our cybersecurity services for SMBs.

In Short

  • Responsible for sourcing new outbound prospects and nurturing inbound leads.
  • Utilize email and telecommunications to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve sales funnels.
  • Conduct A/B testing for outreach and sales activities.
  • Qualify prospects and set up calls for Account Executives.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads from various channels.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Work with Marketing to create assets for enhancing prospect experience.
  • Entry-level role with opportunities for growth in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Preference for candidates willing to work in EST.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with cloud software and productivity applications.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Desire for professional development and upward mobility.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
