• Conduct remote patient check-ins and pre-visit preparation.
• Document medical information in the EMR and prep charts.

• Support clinicians during virtual visits with real-time documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in virtual care or healthcare support.
• Familiarity with virtual care workflows.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with remote tools and EMR platforms.
• Knowledge of obesity medicine or chronic care workflows (preferred).
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms (preferred).
• Experience with Athena EHR (preferred).
