If you are near a larger airport, within the lower 48 states, you will be good. You will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, outgoing, collaborative, and technically competent.

In Short

  • Drive double-digit growth by converting complex aerospace cabling needs into signed contracts.
  • Map decision chains and craft strategic account plans.
  • Present value propositions to senior management and engineering personnel.
  • Develop and implement a customer visit strategy.
  • Provide Pre- and Post-Sales visit reports.
  • Generate and document sales forecasts.
  • Identify at-risk customers and execute retention actions.
  • Acquire competitive intelligence through sales calls.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.

  • Technical competence in aerospace products.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time.
