In Short

  • Seeking a sales-driven Account Executive for outbound sales and partnership adoption.
  • Responsible for increasing loan applications for Knock Bridge Loan™.
  • Build strategic accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Develop scalable strategies to increase loan applications.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for partner and customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics.
  • Conduct meetings and trainings with loan officers and agents.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business development or growth experience.
  • Current or previous real estate or mortgage license required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive C-Level conversations.
  • Passion for helping others succeed.
  • Multitasking abilities and adaptability.
  • Experience working 100% remote.
  • High school or equivalent education.
