In Short

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for team members or management.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, such as meetings, training sessions, or team-building activities.
  • Provide administrative support to executives or managers, including calendar management and file organization.
  • Process invoices, manage billing, and track office expenditures.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and provide support for HR-related tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.).
  • A team player who can work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
