Backend Developer - Full-Time - Remote

Overview

As a Backend Developer at kiresult, you will be central to our development team, building and maintaining the services that power our procurement analytics platform.

In Short

• Build new API endpoints and background jobs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable data processing jobs.
• Drive test-driven development and maintain healthy test coverage.
• Profile services and optimize MongoDB queries.
• Define, build, and run Docker images and containers.
• Engage actively in sprint planning and architecture sessions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver complete features.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement robust logging and monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x with experience in FastAPI or Flask.
• Practical experience with MongoDB schema design.
• Solid understanding of Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
