In Short

• You’ll own end-to-end feature delivery: from database schema to REST endpoint to responsive UI.
• Craft robust APIs and build polished front-end features.
• Develop scalable background jobs for data processing and enrichment.
• Use test-driven development and conduct peer code reviews.
• Optimize performance and reliability of services.
• Define Docker images and contribute to Kubernetes-based runtime.
• Participate in sprint planning and architecture sessions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in full-stack or back-end engineering.
• Strong Python 3 and JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Production experience with FastAPI and Vue.
• Solid grasp of MongoDB schema design and performance tuning.
• Comfortable with Docker and Git-based workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Exposure to Azure or GCP/AWS equivalents.
• Experience with Celery or other task-queue frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus.
• Hands-on with REST and modern UI frameworks is a plus.
