Overview

As a Full-Time Store Merchandising Supervisor, you will lead associates in delivering excellent customer service and execute merchandising standards in the store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.
• Experience supervising teams or associates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate technology equipment as directed.
• Regular attendance and adherence to scheduling requirements.
• Comply with health and safety standards.
