Overview

The Full-Time Store Merchandising Supervisor at Kohl's is responsible for leading and coaching associates in merchandising practices to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation.

In Short

• Execute store merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Maintain a well-recovered selling floor with clear product displays.
• Coach and train merchandising associates on company standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage in the store.
• Support operations on incoming product merchandising.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork among associates.
• Monitor store activity to prevent loss and ensure safety.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and make informed decisions.
• Perform key holder responsibilities including opening and closing the store.
• Complete other assigned responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in retail or similar industry.
• Experience supervising teams or associates.
• Ability to complete company training programs.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Compliance with health and safety standards.
