Full-Time Store Merchandising Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for leading associates in delivering exceptional customer service through effective merchandising strategies and training.

In Short

• Execute store merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Maintain a well-recovered selling floor and appropriate product levels.
• Coach and train merchandising associates on company standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage in the store.
• Support operations with merchandising incoming products.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork.
• Monitor store performance using KPIs.
• Adhere to safety policies for associates and customers.
• Open and close store processes as a key holder.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• 2 years of retail or similar experience preferred.
• Experience supervising teams is a plus.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
• Attendance and scheduling compliance is essential.
