Overview

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will support the execution of Kohl's logistics projects and supply chain scorecards to improve service, cost, quality and speed.

• Communicate supply chain issues and opportunities to business partners.
• Conduct project analysis and reporting.
• Support successful project and process execution.
• Resolve remittance and operational issues.
• Manage supplier relationships and serve as the point of contact for logistics.
• Analyze data to drive packaging improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Oversee global freight movement and manage bids.
• Partner with technology teams for data reporting and analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational activities.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and reverse logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with spreadsheets.
• Clear and professional communicator.
• Overnight travel and flexible schedule to support peak operations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Previous experience in supply chain management.
