Requirements

• 5 years of client-facing retail or service experience.

• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate technology equipment as needed.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to maintain attendance and meet scheduling requirements.
