Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data systems design and architecture.
  • Proven experience with large-scale data systems and cloud-based tools.
  • Effective communication with executives and teams.
  • Expertise in Databricks for analytics and machine learning.
  • Fluency with modern cloud data stacks and SaaS solutions.
  • Expertise in data governance and management.
  • Experience with data integration tools and Kafka.
  • Expertise in dbt for transformations and data modeling.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization.
  • Experience in the insurance domain is a plus.
