Requirements

• 1+ years in Healthcare/Hospitality experience.
• Empathetic and trustworthy with a passion for patient care.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels.
• Organized and flexible to handle changing needs.
• Experience with Epic, Salesforce, G-Suite, Jira, and Slack.
• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
• Team player in a supportive environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in-person in NYC.
