Overview

As a Quality Analyst, you will support operations in enhancing its Quality of Service through providing independent and objective transaction monitoring to consistently deliver excellent customer experience and best in class service of tasks performed by representatives.

In Short

• Monitor and audit transactions performed by representatives.
• Ensure compliance with client quality transaction monitoring guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy of generated data.
• Conduct QA scrubbing and root cause analysis.
• Calibrate with internal and external counterparts.
• Provide feedback for process and project improvement.
• Identify risks to prevent fraud and policy violations.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with QA tools like Playvox and MaestroQA.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptive to changing work schedules.
• Nice to have knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, COPC, and TQM methodologies.
