In Short

• Support deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets.
• Maintain a global view of algorithmic trading operations.
• Execute trades across crypto spot, perpetuals, and options.
• Manage trading operations, including asset rebalancing.
• Adapt spreads and configure conditions for trading bots.
• Monitor service level agreements and evaluate trading performance.
• Track treasury and liaise with finance on asset balances.
• Report technical and financial issues to the development team.
• Provide trading insights to the Commercial team.
• Act as a point of contact for trading-related insights.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of cryptocurrency trading experience.
• Understanding of traditional asset classes like options and futures.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with trading.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of digital assets and blockchain technologies.
• Knowledge of financial market structure.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Basic coding skills in SQL and Python.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English.
