Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in higher education.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a social media coordinator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with analytics and data-informed decision-making.
  • Creativity in content creation, familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit with emotional intelligence.
