Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support capital attraction and revenue growth for Kernel and its portfolio products by sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing institutional leads across TradFi and DeFi.

In Short

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by scheduling discovery calls and product demos.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, delivering value propositions.
  • Assist in identifying and engaging potential partners such as exchanges and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored pitches and outreach sequences.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new target accounts.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
