Overview

As the Senior Product manager for Kernel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings within the cryptocurrency and decentralized finance space. We are seeking a visionary leader who possesses a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the emerging trends in decentralized finance.

In Short

Contribute in the development and execution of our product strategy for cryptocurrency and DeFi products.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to bring new products to market.
Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps based on market needs and business objectives.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space, and integrate relevant technologies and trends into our product offerings.
Drive user adoption and engagement through effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Monitor product performance and user feedback, and iterate on product features and functionalities to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

Around 6+ years of overall product management experience. Prior exposure to cryptocurrency or blockchain is a plus, not mandatory.
Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced startup environment.
