Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Senior Product Manager who will help transform behavioral health care by enhancing digital products that improve access and clinical workflows.

In Short

• Support the digital product roadmap focused on client access and clinical workflows.
• Translate stakeholder input into user stories and product requirements.
• Contribute to product discovery by gathering feedback and documenting insights.
• Help coordinate release planning and post-release follow-up.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand needs and refine requirements.
• Participate in meetings, capturing requirements and action items.
• Monitor website performance and identify issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related role.
• Experience writing user stories and functional requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Asana.
• Basic understanding of technical development processes.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices is a plus.
