In Short

• Manage and grow the embedded software team.
• Provide technical guidance and design input.
• Conduct recruiting and onboarding for new team members.
• Ensure team has tools and support for high-quality software delivery.
• Establish engineering processes for quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• 3+ years managing software teams in an agile environment.
• Strong background in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with embedded Linux and bare-metal systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Track record of building healthy team culture.
