In Short

  • Lead EEE & MMPP programs for spacecraft engineering.
  • Drive procurement, screening, and qualification of parts.
  • Conduct radiation engineering and survivability analysis.
  • Establish qualifications for materials and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead verification campaigns and integrate results.
  • Translate mission requirements into procurement specs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for failure investigations.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Engage with vendors to manage lifecycle risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in space hardware assurance.
  • Strong understanding of component reliability and radiation effects.
  • Hands-on experience with radiation qualification and space standards.
  • Familiarity with contamination control and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
