In Short

• Lead and evolve Kepler’s global spectrum strategy.
• Build and lead a government relations function.
• Represent Kepler before national and international regulatory bodies.
• Drive filings under the FCC, ISED rules, and ITU Radio Regulations.
• Secure and protect spectrum assets for growth.
• Build and manage a regulatory team.
• Collaborate with engineering for regulatory alignment.
• Monitor and influence evolving spectrum regulations.
• Brief executive leadership and board on strategy and risks.
• Act as a public-facing advocate for Kepler.

Requirements

• 10+ years in spectrum management or regulatory affairs.
• MBA, MSEE, JD, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Deep knowledge of FCC, ISED, and ITU frameworks.
• Success in leading small teams at the leadership level.
• Experience reporting to executive teams and boards.
• Technical expertise in RF engineering and satellite systems.
