As a Materials Engineer, you’ll dive deep into the latest running footwear, understand how they work and how to create tests that can differentiate them. You will work with other test developers to create a series of tests that will characterize and help our users choose the best running shoe for their needs.

Requirements

• Must be able to demonstrate expert-level knowledge in running shoe and test design
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, computer, software, etc.) or equivalent background/experiences
• 5+ years of working experience in engineering or in a relevant field
• Must be able to establish clear success metrics for complex initiatives
• Like to collaborate across teams to ensure the desired quality is achieved and mentor junior team members to improve autonomy
• Good at using data, evidence, and logical reasoning to formulate project goals
• Good knowledge of Matlab or Python
• Good communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience as an advanced runner and involvement in running events is a great asset
