QA Analyst, KSM/KCM - Remote

Overview

Keeper Security is hiring a highly motivated QA Analyst to join our team focused on Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) and Keeper Connections Manager (KCM). This is a 100% remote position, with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area.

In Short

• Perform manual and automated testing on backend systems for Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) and Keeper Connections Manager (KCM), focusing on APIs and integration points.
• Validate and test build scripts across various programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and .NET.
• Work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) to ensure proper build and deployment processes.
• Test integration with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as identity and access management (IAM) solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, and Active Directory.
• Test and validate bash scripts and automation workflows to ensure correctness and efficiency.
• Report and track defects in Jira, providing clear documentation and detailed steps to reproduce issues.
• Work closely with developers to understand product features, API endpoints, and requirements, and assist in identifying potential test cases.
• Assist in improving test coverage and continuously refine QA processes to ensure the highest quality and reliability of the backend systems.

Requirements

• Familiarity with multiple programming languages.

• Strong understanding of functional testing and API testing.

• Experience with Jira for defect tracking.
