QA Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a QA Analyst at Varicent, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our application. You will be responsible for identifying issues, improving processes, and ensuring that our users have a seamless experience.

In Short

• Perform manual testing to validate new features and bug fixes.
• Validate API responses and test database interactions.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs in JIRA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to refining the QA process.
• Participate in team meetings and shadow senior QA analysts.
• Take ownership of writing and executing test cases.
• Provide feedback on onboarding processes.
• Stay updated on the latest QA trends and tools.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as JIRA or Postman.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and database testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• B2 level English or higher is required.
