Product Manager, Keeper Secrets Manager - Remote

Overview

Keeper Security is seeking a technically fluent and forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the evolution of Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) — our enterprise-grade secrets management platform. This is a 100% remote position with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA area.

In Short

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and feature development for Keeper Secrets Manager.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver elegant, secure, and scalable SDKs, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Engage directly with DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams at enterprise customers to understand user needs.
• Monitor trends in secrets management and secure DevOps to guide long-term strategy.
• Guide the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through development and launch.
• Prioritize backlog items based on customer value and strategic impact.
• Collaborate with security, support, documentation, and marketing teams for successful adoption.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to drive decision-making.
• Maintain familiarity with cloud-native platforms and developer ecosystems.
• Advocate for security best practices and zero-trust principles.

Requirements

• Experience in product management within cybersecurity or related fields.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of cloud services such as AWS and Kubernetes.
