Overview

The Technical Account Manager will support the sales organization by engaging in systems design, conducting product demonstrations, and providing comprehensive support for vertical applications/use cases, major projects, and proof of concepts.

In Short

  • Support sales with pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Manage solution design and prepare proof of concepts.
  • Educate end-users and system integrators on product capabilities.
  • Provide comprehensive support before, during, and after sales.
  • Assist in defining specifications for future projects.
  • Build relationships with architects and consultants.
  • Support trade shows and events with technical demonstrations.
  • Conduct product training for sales teams and customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
  • Travel 50-70% within the designated region.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of field application experience in the security market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical background in complex products.
  • Good knowledge in system design and installation.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
