The Group Leader of Software Development directs and coordinates the activities of the software engineering group at KEENFINITY, focusing on innovative security and communication solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with software development.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary product development.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe experience.
• Experience with embedded software.
• Leadership skills in multi-site technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Knowledge of communications systems is a plus.
• Experience as product owner or test architect is a plus.
