In Short

  • Be responsible for proactively engaging with clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor usage metrics and address any potential adoption hurdles.
  • Driven by communication, relationships, and sales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT Management or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Exceptional inside sales experience in a metrics driven, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven track record of crushing sales goals.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts.

Benefits

  • Base salary between 75-90K with uncapped commission.
  • OTE (Base+ Commission) 140-180K.
  • Eligible for equity and various bonuses.
