In Short

• Lead strategic, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Drive alignment between engineering, product, security, operations, and customer success teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-quarter programs.
• Define program scope, technical dependencies, and timelines.
• Work closely with Product Management to translate business priorities into executable technical plans.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Introduce and enforce delivery processes that improve predictability and quality.
• Provide data-driven program updates to C-level executives.
• Identify risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
• Champion process automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience leading technical programs.
• 10+ years managing technical or program teams in software development environments.
• Proven success delivering complex software programs across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT systems.
