Overview

Kaseya is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to manage Oracle HCM and support the HR team with analytics and technology solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of Kaseya's Global HRIS strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Expertise in HRIS modules.
• Knowledge of HR processes and cloud implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
