Overview

As a B2B Sales Manager at karriere tutor®, you will be responsible for building and expanding partnerships with labor market agencies. You will represent the company and ensure that our educational offerings are well-known and utilized.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a strong regional network with job agencies.
• Promote our training locations and offerings actively.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events.
• Establish a nationwide network with relevant labor market stakeholders.
• Identify trends and needs through regular discussions with job placement teams.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and job agencies.
• Represent the company in educational associations.
• Collaborate with job agencies on event formats.
• Ensure visibility of karriere tutor's offerings in the labor market.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree.
• Experience with job agencies.
• Strong understanding of labor market structures.
• Networking and stakeholder management experience.
• High social competence and authentic presence.
• Strong strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.
• Fluency in German (C1 or higher).
• Driver's license (Class B).
