Overview

Kaizen CPAs + Advisors is seeking a full-time Fractional CFO to lead financial strategy for a portfolio of small- and mid-sized businesses, providing insights for smart decision-making.

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Active CPA, CMA, or EA license required.
• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience, with 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience advising privately held businesses.
• Intermediate-level tax knowledge.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams.
