Overview

As a Junior Accounting Manager at Kaizen CPAs + Advisors, you will provide financial expertise to small business clients, focusing on the automotive repair industry, while preparing various tax returns and supporting financial decision-making.

In Short

• Work directly with small business clients to guide them toward financial clarity.

Requirements

• CPA or EA certification, or a desire to pursue one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and tax software.
• Excellent communication skills for client relationships.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills and accountability.
• Long-term interest in becoming an Account Manager.
