As a Junior Accounting Manager at Kaizen CPAs + Advisors, you will handle a variety of financial responsibilities primarily focused on tax, while being part of a collaborative team that values growth and development.

• Prepare personal, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
• Engage clients on tax compliance matters and conduct tax projections.
• Review financial statements and assist with compilations and reviews.
• Conduct tax compliance research and assist with responses to taxing authorities.
• Act as a bridge between Staff Accountants and Managers.

Requirements

• CPA or EA certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and tax-related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Resilience and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Willingness to pursue CPA or EA certification if not already obtained.
• Desire to progress to the Account Manager role.
